CONTEXT

Evite is the industry standard when it comes to digital invitations. The majority of its users (hosts) are female, largely due to the fact that women typically plan more events than men. However, men also have the need to connect, especially for in-person gatherings. This gap in the market was identified, thus an app and logo concept was created for group activities that did not rely on an RSVP mechanism.

Connection

The logo represents human connection with its overlapping and intersecting elements. The magenta dot symbolizes a new idea or location realized. The purpose of the app is to allow the user to create casual, spontaneous group activities. Product concept includes the creation of an idea: a photo taken from the venue to trigger the in-person gathering.
